make sure you walk alot! Makes for an easier labor...or then again, your mom was in labor for hours...usually the saying goes, you will deliver like your mother...I did! My water broke and labor was short like Grma. My labor was only 3 hours! Walk Walk and Walk! Chris "Shondeen"(Navajo-sunshine)
